The Process

First you contact me either via email YTC Contact Page or by phone (1-518-872-1790), we discuss dates and destinations and I answer any question you may have. From there it is best but not 100% necessary that we meet in person, even if just for a short while or preferably something a little longer like a lunch. This gives you a much better comfort level about whom you'll be spending your vacation/trip with.

Also at that time we can discuss the trip in more detail and I can go over the contract with you. All this can be done by email, but again if possible it is much better if we can actually meet before traveling together.

The Fees

The fee is $350 per each day of my travel, plus all trip expenses are to be covered by you. This includes airfare, room (double occupancy is OK), meals, and all expenses for anything that you would like me to join you in doing.

I require a 50% deposit on the per day costs at least 3 weeks before departure and the balance on the day of departure before we leave. Example: A 10 day trip would be a total of $3,500, requiring a 50% deposit of $1,750.
